    Hello Andrey,

    I am looking for the possibility for your need and analysing what can be improved . I will contact if i will have any confusion and also with my suggestion/solution.

    My FTP access is working and i currently need only FTP

    I login through Richard Wailse(browser Chrome) and can see a number (205) 479-0000 is reserved for Richard (https://ibb.co/3YfnHn4Y)(https://ibb.co/39QQwvGB)

    then I login through Mark H (browser Firefox) and can not find any numbers into Mark’s cart (https://ibb.co/2YWyhMHR)

    The issue might be related to the cart session. It’s possible that Richard previously logged in using Chrome and had an item in the cart. To avoid any conflict with session or cookie data, Mark should try logging in through Edge on your system

    For #14200

    I didn’t notice any issues with the number itself. I reserved the number(https://ibb.co/1f8MMDQY) using the test user “webmaklay”. Then, in a different browser, I logged in as “Mike T” and searched for that number. However, the “Pay Now” button was not visible(https://ibb.co/k6SDC7rp). I also clicked on the number, but couldn’t find any option to cancel the reservation either(https://ibb.co/PZk7VYLF).

    For 14202: Please make sure you are logged in with the correct user. The reservation process is handled through the database and is user-specific. Once a number is reserved, it will remain reserved until the reservation time expires or the user manually cancels it.

    For testing the cart functionality, please use a different browser for each user.
    Cart data is stored in the browser’s cookies or session storage, which means it is preserved for future use. As a result, using the same browser for multiple users may lead to shared or persistent cart data, which can affect test results.

    Hello Andrey,

    Thank you for your replay.

    For Reservation timer :
    The reservation is done that way. If Admin put any numbers into reserved status the system will not calculate the reservation timing. And the reservation banner will display without the timer.

    For Lost order task:
    I will remove the ‘Reserved’ banner if the number is already reserved and added to the cart.

    Regarding the reservation display timing:
    If a number is reserved by the Admin, it will show the reservation message without any timing. If a number is reserved by a User, it will display the reservation timing accordingly.
