I’m currently working on the category collapse and expand bug, but I haven’t been able to find the issue yet. I might need your help with this since I may have to rebuild the functionality from scratch — I can’t find any existing code handling it. It might be there, but because it was developed a long time ago, I’ve also forgotten how it was originally working.

I was checking the bulk edit for a large number of records and found that it can’t be handled by our default script, as it takes too much time and causes an internal timeout error. I’m exploring other solutions like Redis and queues. Could you please also let me know about other reliable resources or methods for processing large amounts of data you were mentioning in post #14529?

I have enabled the per-page count option for 300, 500, and 1000, and it seems there is no issue with loading 1000 records for now.
Regarding the Expand/Collapse category button, could you please explain how it was working earlier and what effect it had on click?
For the refund error, could you please ask the admin whether the incorrect amount is only appearing in the email, or if the refunded amount to the user is also incorrect?
