Hello Andrey,

I checked both task & issue.

For User ban task :
As my test it is working on my side first I banned the user named “test5 webmaklay”( https://postimg.cc/BjxNLKjP ), then I perform login for the user from admin side and it is login successfully, And banner is also appear on user’s home page(https://postimg.cc/QB8gFnLv). Could you please specify which user is experiencing the issue?

I checked again, and the issue persists.

Regarding the custom ban work:
Will the created banner be the same for all banned users?
Also, I don’t have access to the EN side, so I’m unable to check and investigate the task details.
