For custom ban :
The banner is set “Show on Page: ” for home page (https://postimg.cc/hQspjJpR/0c1b3e11), So it is visible on home page not My account page

I checked both task & issue.

For User ban task :
As my test it is working on my side first I banned the user named “test5 webmaklay”( https://postimg.cc/BjxNLKjP ), then I perform login for the user from admin side and it is login successfully, And banner is also appear on user’s home page(https://postimg.cc/QB8gFnLv). Could you please specify which user is experiencing the issue?
