I tested the number activation functionality for a new number that is not listed on the EN portal, and everything appears to be working correctly.
Steps I followed during testing:
I created an order from the admin side using the number 305.555.0001, entered as (305) 555-0001. Result: The order was created successfully.
I navigated to the Pending Numbers page, where all pending numbers are listed.
I clicked on the “Activate Number(s)” link to activate the number. Result: After the process completed, the number was activated successfully without any errors.Everything worked as expected on my end.
Could you please ask the client to provide a reference video showing the issue they’re experiencing? This would be very helpful for troubleshooting.

I checked the functionality for #14100 Number Activation issue.
Q. I also got some feed back for our previous work and repairs: when site admin creates a manual order and then goes to activate pending numbers the activation does not work, they click on activate link and nothing happening again no errors no loading gif or messages it is like absolutely not working activation. Could you please have a look at that?ANS. I placed an order for the number (341) 837-9000 using the “Add an Order” option in the admin panel. After that, I navigated to the “Active Pending Numbers” section and I can successfully activated the number.(https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/Screenshot_from_2025-07-02_13-57-23.png)

Q. Some orders site admin activate manually from the order page but when we see these order numbers on pending activation page we can see that these numbers still showing as pending activation! Not sure how that can happened if we activated them it should be activated everywhere so can you please check this issue.
ANS. To test the activation functionality from the Orders page, I activated another number: (909) 978-4888. After activation, I verified that the number was correctly removed from the “Active Pending Numbers” list.FYI : I can not find number 7047044878 on EN.

Please check the screenshot https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/cart.png for the updated cart design. It has been created by my designer. Once you approve this design, I will proceed with implementing the changes on the live site.
Currently, no changes have been made to the live site, so you won’t see any updates on the EN website yet.

Thanks for the explanation. I will send you two buttons — “Proceed to Checkout” and “Add More Numbers.” If the site admin approves the button designs, I will follow the same approach.
It’s a bit challenging for me — and perhaps for you as well — to finalise the right design, so I’ve decided to discuss it with my designer. I’ve also asked them to create two button design image for the site admin to review.

Sorry, but the icons you provided don’t look good on our account page. However, there are a few icons I might be able to modify and use.
Could you please help me understand why the current icons don’t look right on the page? That would help me choose or design better-suited icons.
