I tried logging into Telinta, but the credentials aren’t working. You can see the error here: https://ibb.co/S4qwHnMS.
I need access to Telinta to test how the Master PIN works when a number is activated by a user or admin.For the Master PIN and Bulk Edit, I still need to run a few tests. Once that’s done, I’ll let you know if everything is working.

Please check these point you mentioned in post #13990 :
B) When we change Master Pin for customers and we found it still not working we reverce our changes and when we click update there have been 4 BIG PROBLEMS happening.1.On this customer profile page their personal data Name and Surname disappears. Then we tried to put the customer data back into the customer profile data fields on the form then click save
2. It askes confirm email address which not suppose to be happening as customer email needs to be verified once only when they create account on the EN site.
3. When we confirmed email and click saved it seems that it saved but when we leave the page and come back to the same Profile page customers personal data still not present.
4. We though we can ask you to fix it later but then we realized that customer’s coupons got lost too and customers can not use their coupons anymore. If you remember coupon codes linked to the customer’s Name and Surnames and this it has got broken. This is very BIG PROBLEM as we must to change every order manually!!! and updating coupon codes and need to send messages about how much money customer saved and how much money we need to return back this is a HUGE PROBLEM Nishit please fix all these asap.
C) On the customer’s profile page we noted Master Port Out Pin is mandatory please make it optional as it is not Mandatory selection.
I have fixed the above problem from my side and this is the screen recorded video link (https://excellentnumbers.com/public/temp/masterportoutpin.mp4) . Please know me if i got your point correctly or not .

Thank you for the clarification — I’ll keep that in mind.
Here’s one scenario:
If the admin doesn’t select any brand from the list and instead adds a brand using the popup, it will be saved as a new brand.
If the user removes the brand name and leaves the input box empty, that brand will be removed from product.
Is that right ?-

Master Pin switch that enables and disables Master Pin was not mention in task for admin it was only mention for front user .Also read this line of your task “Maseter Port Out PIN number can be used only if customers activated it by switching to on / active or Off / disactivated.”

Please refer to my earlier comment where I mentioned that I would need to check this, and that it would be time-consuming, as I also need to discuss it with my boss. Also, note that response #13910 was your post.
Could you please share some screenshots or a screen recording showing the exact process where they are receiving a random PIN?
