    Before make any changes for this task i need to drag your attention there is a error on customer list page on admin side (https://ibb.co/bjwdJ1Ly) is not working.

    Any update for the FTP credential?

    I checked again, and the issue persists.
    The login is successful with the given credentials, but the FTP client still cannot access the directory listing. It seems that some server settings are preventing access. https://ibb.co/S70yZCzP

    I checked the EN credentials.
    ENadmin and ENCP credentials are working but getting issue for the ENFTP credentials. Here is the screenshot of the Error(https://ibb.co/j9t7JLXs).

    I haven’t received any update from Peerless support yet.

    Regarding the custom ban work:
    Will the created banner be the same for all banned users?
    Also, I don’t have access to the EN side, so I’m unable to check and investigate the task details.

    Hello Andrey

    I understand your task partially. you mean i need to create a radio button on customer’s page , on click ban’s radio button radio button will be activated and activated radio button color will be red. If radio button is active then that particular user will get a warning popup on login.

    I am not getting about “popup should warning message be customisable from the Marketing Tab -> Create Banner directory ” . Do you mean i will have to make a new module where there will be an option to create or customise banner for different purposes ?

    There was network problem that’s why not replied you. BTW there is not update from support team so i am not able to make any chnages.
