in reply to: Messenger App #15706
Hello Andrey,
I have been working on code auditing and investigating the issue. I will share the APK file for testing as soon as the auditing is completed.
in reply to: Messenger App #15674Hello Andrey,
I am finding the issue , it is taking time because i still not seeing these type of issue on my device.
in reply to: Messenger App #15656Hello Andrey,
I have already checked on my side and it is working, so it is hard for me to understand where the actual issue is. That is why I requested a screen recording and screenshot for the exact point of the issue in post #15618. Please download the APK file and share the exact point of the issue with a screenshot and screen recording, because I am not able to see the issue on my side. Just think, how can I fix the issue if I am not able to reproduce it? You are asking me to fix it, but the point is I am not seeing the issue you are reporting. So you need to provide something that clearly shows the issue and the error.
in reply to: Messenger App #15618Hello Andrey,
Sorry to hear the same repeated line again, but as I mentioned, you need to record a screen video and share a screenshot of the issue so I can see the possible problem. At this time, I cannot test or review the code because I still don’t have a clear idea where the actual issue exists. So you need to provide a screen recording so I can check the issue accordingly.
in reply to: Messenger App #15604Hello Andrey,
Please remove any previously installed versions of the app from your device and ensure that all related cache/data is cleared.
After that, install the application using only this link:
https://app.appsonair.com/install/jb8eUIaYOnce installed, please test the app and let me know if everything is working correctly on your end. If everything looks good, I will proceed with uploading it to your site for users.
If you encounter any issues, please record your screen while testing and share the video along with a clear description of the problem. Also, if possible, try testing on 2–3 different latest-generation mobile devices.
I strongly recommend that you record a screen video while testing and share it with me whenever you encounter an issue. This will help me understand and reproduce the exact problem on my end.
Please avoid just saying “there is an error” or giving a general description, as it can sometimes be unclear and lead to confusion about the actual issue.
Make sure to record the screen at the moment the issue occurs. Otherwise, we may both end up guessing and won’t be able to identify the real problem. I’d like to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth and save both of our time.

Thank you for your feedback. I will discuss these points with the mobile team and update you shortly.in reply to: Messenger App #15513Hello Andrey,
Thanks for your message. Please download the updated app using this link: https://app.appsonair.com/install/9lPrWBae
This link is for testing purposes only and will expire within 2 days. Please proceed with testing if you feel the current progress in my recorded test video is in the right direction. I recommend uninstalling the current app first and clearing cache, browser data, and any related data. Also, if possible, try testing on a different Android device for better validation.

in reply to: Messenger App #15504Hello Andrey,
Nishit here.
As discussed, I have connected with the mobile team and tested the new build of the app. I’ve also recorded a video for your reference.
Please review the video carefully and let me know if I am testing it correctly. If not, kindly point out where I might be going wrong. It would be helpful if you could specify the exact issues you are facing so I can verify them properly.
At this stage, there is no need for you to test from your side—just let me know whether my testing approach is correct. Also, please share any additional scenarios you would like me to test in a similar manner.

Could you please share the credentials or grant access to these users?in reply to: Messenger App #15376Hey Andrey,
I’m trying to upload the latest application to the file manager, but it looks like I don’t currently have the required permissions to access it.
Could you please share the credentials or grant access to the file manager so I can upload the latest build of the application?
in reply to: Messenger App #15366Hey Andrey,
I’ve been testing the app across multiple devices to try and identify the root cause of the issues you reported. Since the problem could not be reproduced on the same device models we tested earlier, I expanded the testing and checked the app on around 12–15 different devices with various Android versions.
So far the app has been working properly in our testing environment. I’m continuing to review everything carefully to make sure there are no hidden issues.
I will share a fully reviewed and finalized build with you shortly so you can test it again from your side.
in reply to: Messenger App #15341Hi Andrey,
We have tested the application extensively with full effort across multiple devices, Android versions, and usage scenarios. On our side, the app is functioning smoothly and all implemented features are working as expected.
However, aside from your current device (OnePlus), we have not received any clear reproducible failure from other specific devices with verifiable details. Without at least one confirmed failing device scenario (model + OS + steps + evidence), it becomes technically impossible to debug the issue accurately.
Blinking screen at app start:
As explained earlier, this behavior is caused by the official Android Splash Screen policy on newer Android versions. The system briefly displays the app icon before the custom splash screen, which cannot be fully removed by third-party apps. We have already minimized it by matching background colors. This is standard Android behavior.

Image sending visibility across platforms — Fixed & Working
Video sending with preview on mobile — Fixed & Working
Audio/voice message recording issues — Fixed & Working
App icon update with new APK — Completed
Requested Upgrades

(Extended to all message types: text, voice, images, videos, location, links.)
Push notifications with sound and visual alerts — Implemented
Additional Improvements Delivered
Although not explicitly required, we also implemented several enhancements to improve reliability and user experience:
• Upgraded libraries and introduced future-ready architecture
• Offline cache display so content remains visible on poor or no connection
• Optimized chat loading and message sending performance
• Reduced unnecessary background processing
• Added upload progress indicators for video files
• Updated UI for a more modern and smoother look
• Improved stability to reduce potential crashes on supported environments
Our intention has always been to deliver a fully functional and stable application. At this stage, all requested features and fixes have been implemented and verified on our testing devices.
If you can provide a clearly reproducible issue on a specific device (model, Android version, steps, and preferably a screen recording), we will gladly investigate further. Otherwise, based on all available testing, the project requirements have been fulfilled from our side.
Kind regards,
Dave -
