Hello Andrey,
Is there any update on the server issue? I discussed the issue you mentioned with Nishit, and they confirmed it was related to a database query and has now been resolved.Could you please share the current status from your end so we can proceed to finalize and close the job?

in reply to: Messenger App #16416Hello Andrey,
Please check the video for reference :https://friendssea.com/tempuse/Screencast%20from%202026-09-03%2013-38-05.mp4
You can clearly see that the issue is also occurring on the website, and it appears to be caused by the server not responding properly. Please discuss this situation with your team and have it fixed. Once the issue is resolved on the server, the mobile application should also start working correctly.
We have got a good experts who belive the issue with your codding sedning loong DB calls and this stresses out the server. Without investigating it you can not complete the job and we can not pay you full amout of job as it is not complete and does not work. => From this sentence i can see they are also complaning about the server side issue .

in reply to: Messenger App #16407Hello Andrey,
I discussed your concern regarding the source code with my higher authorities, and they informed me that it is not our policy to provide the mobile application source code without full payment and project closure.
I would suggest checking the same issue on the website, as I have not made any changes there. Once you fix it on the website, the issue should be resolved automatically. Kindly fix it on the website and then inform me.
in reply to: Messenger App #16382Hello Andrey,
Thanks for the update.
Please ask you team to check the all plugins compatibility and also ask them to test chat api manually so they can find the actual issue on server side .
When the test the api then please also ask them to provide the test results with request parameters.in reply to: Messenger App #16371Hello Andrey,
On your request I have investigated the side of code one more time and I can assure you that tha issue is not from my side and it is because of api is not giving proper response.
This issue I can’t solve because I am not a backend developer.
You can even check your very old app and also website the issue is same 9n that side also . I have already provided the video of website issue so you can get sure .
You will have to ask your backend team to look into it . I can not provide any solution regarding this .in reply to: Messenger App #16356Hello Andrey,
For the issue you are reporting about messages disappearing when you return to the chat box, this is not caused from my side. I have thoroughly investigated the code and spent a full day reviewing it.
I found that the issue is related to the API response. It is not returning the latest messages correctly, which is why the problem is occurring. I had also shared a video earlier in post #16295 demonstrating the same issue on the website.
To further confirm whether the issue is from the API or my implementation, I tested the oldest version of the app available at friendssea.com/friends.apk, and the same issue is present there as well.
So based on this, the issue appears to be coming from the API side, not from my code.

in reply to: Messenger App #16317Hello Andrey,
Could you please check with your server team or the backend developer? The server performance is very slow, which is making it difficult for me to test the mobile application. I have also tested the web version, and the same speed issue is affecting the chat there as well. This problem has become more noticeable over the past 15 days. Kindly have this fixed so I can continue testing and prepare the application for you.
in reply to: Messenger App #16295Hello Andrey,
Dave this side !
I have checked, and the API response is not consistent. Because of this, the app is behaving improperly and sometimes crashing. To confirm that this issue is from the backend side, I also tested the chat on the webpage and noticed the same behavior. You can see this in the screen recording:
http://friendssea.com/tempuse/Screen%20Recording%202026-08-13%20at%2011.03.22%E2%80%AFAM.movYou will notice that when I shared a chat, it appeared, but after reloading the page and checking the same message, it disappeared. Since I am not a backend developer and do not know how it works, I cannot explain why this is happening. Please do the needful and fix this issue.

Nishit this side ,
I am unable to log in to Webmakly using my old login credentials. I also tried the new credentials you added on the office page, but I am still unable to access the account. Could you please provide the updated login details?in reply to: Messenger App #16259Hello Andrey,
I was reviewing your code and noticed something important. The server appears to be quite slow, and the API responses are inconsistent. The issue with the delete button is also related to this, as it depends on certain conditions, but the API is not returning data consistently, causing those conditions to fail.
Initially, I thought the issue might be on my end, so I tested the API using Postman as well. However, I observed the same inconsistent responses there. Could you please check with your API provider and update if any action is required?
in reply to: Messenger App #16238Hello Andrey,
Please share the test update here !
in reply to: Messenger App #16212Hello Andrey,
Just a quick update—I’m currently working on finding the all possible issue and fix it and make smoother. This update will also help prevent unexpected screen or display issues in the future.
Once everything is completed, I’ll share the latest version with you.-
