Hello Nishit thank you for your message,wii have checked with the server team and they said that they have complete all configurations for both domains so now they said it is application configuration which requires to work with .com domain. So you now need to point both domains point to same folder could you please check from your side and if you need the server team to assist then please let us know what they can do so the site opens properly without error?
thank you Nishit for removing help and support tab! Could you please advice if the Manage You Ascound side bar can be cusomizable from the site admin part and if it is so where we can do it?
