Hello Dave in addition to our conversation above:
We were just thinking that the app is getting better but with this messages not being sent i was going to suggest to you maybe the problem is at an other corner as we can see that when we sending messages at the first stage the messages are being sent and we can see that the watches icon turnes to a ticked icone which indicates that the message sent but when user leaves the chat and comes back again it shous that nothing has been sent.
So i think you may need to check no why messaegs not being sent but why already sent messages being removed from the chat at every time user leaves the chat…i hope you got my point and it may give you an idea where to investigate 😉
