Hello Dave thank you for your message, and thoughts, yes i have been checking with system team and they confirmed that these couple of days our server experience some vulnarable impacts from outside whci may cause some areas slow respond. Curretnly situation being stablised and we will be monotoring it on your points possible impacts.
As per above stated we are going to change all the users pass and checking working directories junk and possible malicious files. Thus we stronly recomend you to remove all junk and unwanted files from your working directory so the project account look tidy without old arcives or backups.
Aslo kindly please login to your office page and copy your new passsword provided (right under your name welcoming tab) please use your new pass on your next logins. Aslo there maybe 2FA maybe implemented to protect the accounts access accross the portal.
AS per the app, you may be right that slow connectivity may affect some of the issues as message deleting or sedning messages but emoicons tab hovering the text input and crushing issue needs to be investigated.
We will however conduct an other try after our system team will complete all server inside works and advice to you accordingly.
