Hello Nishit, thank you for your #16225, it is amazing!
Well done Nishit, to be honest i havn’t tested any thinng yet but i know En team very unhappy so first thing i told them that they can uses tsripe and check all the points your mentioned above hoping to get a positive feedback from them.
Stripe integration i have tried to test i selected the number and proceed to checkout then go trough all the steps and selected stripe option.
1. upon my check out i noted an extra dot sitting on the page could you please remove it i could not undretsand what it is for? please see this screen shot
2. When i was adding a card on stripe i know it is a sandbox so i di not want to use a my real card so i put a fake card to test but then i could see a message saying that while testing i should use a real card or list of testing cards from stripe website. So i got one of the stripe teste cards and put it in again and then i could see an othrer error message saying that your ZIP code! is not right! That was abit surprising why it asks ZIP code on check out so i tried to change radnom zip codes to proceed with my test payment but it still reqired ZIP code and i could not finish payment.
So i refreshed the page and then it says that i need to attach a customer again to proceed a test payment as i could not use the same session again so i return back to checkout page and repeated selecting stripe and surpisingly when i selected stripe option the system did not lead me to the page where i suppose to add a card details but it displaid me a finished order message ( thank you for your order) which was a bit unexpected.
Well any way i asked EN team to play with this and try to submit an order or two to check if all works as they want just to be sure that when we fix everything they not get back again to us that somthing not working or working wrong.
This is why i provided you more details about my stripe test so you may need to check you script again or possibly it works well but just me was puting fake card instead.
CLEC page i also checked and when i clicked on various states the area codes still display all messy in disorder and not assisiated with selected states i think Nishit you need to look at that again.
Also when i added 555 in last four digits field – the same pop up came up saying correct value. We understand what your logyc means it reqires customer to put four characters in to four digits CLEC field but the problem is here that customer asks us that even if customer puts 3 or 2 digits in that filed then still please allow CLEC search accept that selection BUT let those endered numbers (2 or 3) will be at the back of the last four digits.
For example here is the work flow:
a. i selected any state say Florida
b. then when i go to area codes there should not be any area codes except Florida area codes. Florida has 23 active area codes: 239, 305, 321, 324, 352, 386, 407, 448, 561, 645, 656, 689, 727, 728, 754, 772, 786, 813, 850, 863, 904, 941, and 954. Aslo all the area codes should be in order from 239….. to bigegst number 954. in the good an tidy order.
c. Same thing for area codes if visitor started their search selecting area codes area codes of all states should be dsipalid in good order from smalest number to biggest – same thing in correct and tidy order.
d. If user starts their search from selecing area codes and see all area codes accurately displaid it helps then to navigate to the aree code they are looking for. And if they slected area code for example 305 then in State field should automaticaly appear Miami state as 305 area code belongs to Miami state.
So these both area codes and states should be accuratly linked to each other no messy search this is what they ment. I hope it is now more clearly for you to setup.
and last but not least Down Time issue – EN team very concern that they site goes VERY ofter blan age or data base connection failed errors especulay they noted this stright after we moved the site to responsive theme, so we belive there are some incorrect DB calls or other conflicts going on so we need to find it and fix. Any way will check all these above with EN team but CLEC we need to complete before they start thei check.
Please see Nishit maybe you fogot to upload some of your files to the server and some of the tasks you done but fogot to uplold.
