Hi Nishit there should not be any digital information there should be activation information message there, it looks that you have activated old shopping card option which was for digital information from the core of old shoping cart but it should not be anything like this. If you check all other orders there is an activation information about the customer.
Aslo we noted that notification email has got some links to download somthing which is very weired could you please ensure it is not get worse. We thought the CLEC orders are working but customer still complains.
Activation – yes telinta had some issues sometime ago but now it is working so should be for CLEC as well.
Thank you for letting your designer know about the contact us page image hoping we can fix it soon it is just setting an immage properly should not be a big issue.
