Hello Nishit thanks for your message, we have just complete voip backup as adviced.
As per historical data i would need to check with Voip Admin and get back to you after discution.
Nishit could you please confirm was it you set up a cron job to test? as we were worried whats going on 😉 If it is you could you please clarify are you testing Voip Nnotel chron jobs? and if it is so why emmails go to EN team?
There is one more think i would like you to inform that today we tried to process some payments to your account but the payment did not go trough for some reason. Could you please check with your accounting team fo they aware that we ccould not send any money to you. Please see this for your reference.
