Hello Dave here is an other video we could record an app cruch:
a user sent me some videos to view and when i was trying to view them the app crushes please see this video attached.

Once we finished this i think we can offer you an other work on the app bey let us finish this and do one thing at a time.

Overall it is getting hard to find any issueson the app, thank you for making it possible to move forward with this.
