Hello Nishit boot strap and Laravel upgrade are diffrent, we can not pay you for days, in fact the Laravel upgarde should take not 35-40 days but 35-40 hours, if you want to make it that long it is not nessesary we should pay you for that period of time.

When Laravel upgarde you can use various tools as Laravel Shift which is fully automated upgrade service as it creates a pull request with all changes.

Aslo you can use Refactoring Automation as rector whic also automatically rewrites your code,applies Laravel-specific upgrade rules converts deprecated syntax to modern syntax and ect icould list some more…

Also as i mentioned earliere we can not trough all the budget for Laravel upgarde as we need some more budget for other works after laravel upgarde.

I may ask for some more budget im not sure what is your expectations on this but if you expect customer spend loads of funds for just Laravel upgarde we will have to seek for more affordable option or just leave laravel upgarde and continieu of customer portal improvment jobs.

We need the project working and we can not always spend a lot of money for just upgrade. We are not talking about brand new website build so i would suggest you to accept this job so we not wasting too much time again and again negotiating jobs budget.

We put affordable cost to each work based on other oppition and developers pull. What will be the point we give you all the budet assigned for this work and then wait again for more time to accamulate more budget to contineu other works.

Please let me know if you want to procceed as we have got many jobs to do on this project rather than asking you those that we can afford.
