Hello Nishit, thanks for your reply and #15680, yes something that could automate/enhance both search and support process. The 3 clause from your message would be great to add on contact us page which is very bad looking too and reqire some improvment.

Please let me know if you can do that and familiar with AI open codes.
Today is the first day of the week and i hope EN team will get back to us regarding CLEC work.
