Hello Nishit thanks for your reply, to be honest i was expecting an asnwer taht you have fioxed it as it has been already a week passed since we asked you to fix it and offered you some funds for minor additions but you rejected it.
Do not worry if the CLEC inventory says pending as we somtime do not have time to change the wording on your tasks jornal. The job has been paid and as i have mentioned earlier we paid for that work and for you asking us to pay for that job again is not good.
This makes us thinking that all the jobs we paid to you erliere can be broken in the future and you will ask us to pay you again to repair. This puts all the business with you under a huge risk.
If the job has paid it worked and as you say if it is working from your end please kindly make it working for us as ppl wating for our conversation every day and can not work proeprly and order numbers trough CLEC.
Could you please clarify if you are going to fix this job or not as i will need to report it to the customer since thay wating for a loong time now so they can take desition about this matter. What i know for sure if you ask money again for the job we have already paid that may come out not a good outcome for you.
Alternatevely as i have texted you before and repeating again we can make it a pay job but you need to include those additions to the job so it will be as upgrade or imrpovment task.
Please let me know asap as we can not spend more time on this anymore.
