Yes, both features will behave exactly as before. There will be no changes in admin-side logic or functionality, as I have only worked on the design part, not the logic.

I will test at the following time:
02:00 AM (Eastern Time), which converts to 11:30 AM IST (India Standard Time). This 10.5-hour difference applies when the US is on Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
