Hello Nishit, thanks for your reply and im glad to hear you are feeling better today,
do not worry about payout if you are back to work now but if you asked this question that means you still do not know how we work.

Will try to explain you here below:

We are requesting migration approval from EN team, and we can only do that if the site works good and no issues so we can migrate and then adopt the site to the new template you have drafted,

there were some issues before (refer to #15356) and you said you have fixed them so we have requested migration again

Then you left for a week.

EN team checked and found almost everything you said “fixed” but not working .. regestration form, gap on the responsive template, you aslo did not replied about my question here #15322 bunch of issues and problems and one week no one could fix it for us as you are the assigned developer and as per our policy we can not get any other developer to the project unless we lost communication with you and then we can hire somone else.

So EN team are very unhappy as they got some customers who want to create an account whth EN but issue you said fixed not working.

So we wiated when you come back and hoped you fix it all ASAP but you did not do anything on monday and same on tuesday. We understand if person when person is sick or unwell we can wait for a few days but if the job not being complete we have to take a decission to replace unwell person and get someone who will finish the “unfinished”

this is why i had to ask you if you still unwell we have to get somone else URGENTLY jump on the project and finish all these unfinished issues. If that would happened we will have to face unexpected charges to hire an other developer who could URGENTLY fix ald finish all the jobs and bugs.

If that would happened then most likley we would stick to that developer for somtime and all the sheduled paymment that assigned to you for finishing the job would be re fininced to an othre developer who will finish “unfinished”.

So you undrestand that if the job not done by developer 1 but finished by developer 2 we can not pay money to both of them just because we can not afford that time loss and budget.

So in conclusion it is great that you are back so do not need to worry about anything. Just for you to know that we ONLY pay for finished work not half of finished or broken.

because we are working with you for a sometime now we have been approved to pay your commpany per job progress when we see you done 30% of work we can request some payment for you and send you some funds so you getting paid if the job takes some time BUT USUALY we do not do it. JUST FOR YOUR COMPANY we trust you and appreciate your work and we want you to get some paymnets EVEN THOUGH the job not 100% done. BUT if the jb wont be finished situation changed we STOP ALL THE FUNDING as we only can pay for 100% completed job.

Now please Nishit URGENTLY finish the regestration issue this is the HIGH PRIORITY task ppl can not register on the EN site. More ove please let me know when you fixed it im wating here for your reply i knoow it is a few minutes fix job.

Then you can do other points that are still not done.

P.S it does not matter which job we are working now we can not finish responsive job due to multiple issues on EN site and this HOLDS our migration. Once the new resposnive theme uploaded to a working direictory EN.COM and tested we can consider job is done and then complete the payment.

Untill then if there are some other bugs found which are holding resonsive job completion we can not migrate and can not test to complete responsive job.
