Hello Andrey,

I have reviewed the video and checked the code/scripts accordingly, but I couldn’t find anything wrong. I also tested it with a real number, and it is working correctly on my side. Please check the video for reference: https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/no_refund_issue_ref.mp4

I also noticed one mistake the admin is making: they are trying to refund an active number, which is not ideal. Please inform them to first change the active number to pending activation, and then process the refund.
