Regarding the refund issue, as you may remember, I had shared a screen-recorded video for reference showing that the refund task was fixed and working correctly. I hope you recall that. However, I would like to request that the admin please record the screen step by step—from placing the order to refunding the customer—so that we are all on the same page and can fix the issue permanently. Otherwise, we may end up working on the same task repeatedly, and the admin may also feel frustrated.
