Hello Dave thank you for your message, i have just unistalled old app from my mobile and tried to download new one from the site but unfortunately i could not install your new app on my mobile please find this screen shot attached below:

please advice if it is quick to fix otherwise i will install old app back again while you investigate this issue?\
