great to hear from you, from your screen shot it seems your IP address got blocked due to multiple incorect logins entry. I have now whitelisted your IP address you should be able to login. Please check your pass so it has input right 😉

If you face any issues please please reply back to me which IP address are you going to use while connecting to friends account so we can find it and whitelist it 😉
