For the refund issue:
Please request the customer/admin to record a complete screen-recording of the entire process — from placing an order to processing a refund. Also ask them to confirm whether my recorded video reflects the correct process or if they are following a different flow on their side.
Regarding Redis:
What I meant was — I need a way to test whether the Redis server is running or not. Normally, we check the server status from the terminal using a ping-pong response, but I am unable to perform that test here. I need to verify the Redis server status before committing anything further.
Message from the mobile app developer:
Please provide login credentials for at least two users for testing. I have completed all the pending tasks and now need real users to test the functionality. I attempted to register on my own, but registration requires a payment to be completed, and I am unable to make that payment.
