Sorry, there was a typo in my previous message. I meant to say I am not understanding the exact point where the customer is facing the issue. When I test it on my side, I do not get any issue, and that’s why I mentioned it earlier.
I will check the API calls for the Carrier Lookup upgrade today and will update you with my findings.
