Hello Nishit this is a sample URL as customer sees it when they request custom DID status . At the end of the URL you can see a sample number 3039000000. The idea is when wholesale customers display all the numbers from EN they sometime would like to request a custom / individual DID number status too. 

So consider this url as an example for you to see what customer would like to see but it can be different coded as long as you achieve the job’s goal and wholesale customers can send their custom / individual API DID requests and it will show them current DID status on their platforms.
