Here is my understanding of the Master Port Out PIN task based on our discussion:

User Side:
The user or admin can set the Master Port Out PIN for the user. The user can enable or disable the use of the Master Port Out PIN.

When the user enables the Master Port Out PIN, it will be used by default for all new orders for that particular user. However, the user can still change the PIN for a number after the number is activated.
If the Master Port Out PIN is disabled, an auto-generated PIN will be set for the order.

Is my understanding correct?

Admin Side:
When the Master Port Out PIN is enabled for a user, it will be used by default for all new orders for that user. However, the admin can change the PIN before the number is activated, if needed.
If the Master Port Out PIN is disabled, then an auto-generated PIN will be set for the order in Telinta and EN.

Is my understanding correct here as well?
