Hello Nishit.

We have checked Master Pin work and found it not working.
Please see EN tester report below:

TEST 1
We loged in as EN site admin and activated Master Pin then added 6 digits master pin and saved. It looked it saved good then we bought a number, then went to number activation and clicked activate number. We could see the loading gif circling for loooong time and nothing happened.

– We 100% sure that both Telinta and Inteliquent accept 6 character pin numbers but it did not work.
– Also when any process got frozen please make sure that it has timeout and error message displayed for example ” Pin Code Not Accepting” ,” No Internet Connection” or ” Server is busy” and process stopped. In this time site admins were sitting and waiting for when your Master Pin Got activated and after looong time of waiting it still has not happened:(

TEST 2
We logged in from an other whole sale customer “A”. From admin side we have added a Master Pin for that client and saved pin – when we saved Master Pin xxxxxx it saved but when we left this page and returned back to check if Master Pin really saved we noted that in the Master Pin Field become a gap in front of the Master Pin numbers saved _xxxxxx (without “_” character just empty space). Then we returned back to admin and added order (with a number which was available in EN DB) to this client “A”. Everything went well except Master Pin as we noted that this order generated a random Pin number and not xxxxxx we have set up.

Summary.
Master Pin task does not work.

1. It is not activating numbers we tried 6 characters Master Pin number
2. It does not show any errors if the process not being completed.
3. It is not being saved and even if Master Pin activated system generates random pin codes instead.

As per above please kindly ensure that work is completed tested from your side and you confident that task / functionality in a working condition so we can conduct our final inspection.

We stopped all testing including Bulk Edit.

Nishit just a question when you said we can review the job – have you actually checked your self it is all working?

If you found it working from our end could you please attach a video that proves it is working and we can also see and compare while testing from EN tester side? Honestly it is a bit embarrassing we asking people to test that is not working. Please when you fix it and check it is working kindly provide a video of your test so we can see you tested and it works.

I guess the EN tester will check Bulk Edit after Master Pin completion.
