Hello Nishit thank you for your updates and questions:

I have reported them to the site admin and already got some feedback from them.
According to they urgent complain they say that we have broken something again ;(

Master Port Out Pin
A) Because we still working on Master Pin and it is not working properly site admin receives an orders and changing randomly generated 4 digits pin to 6 digits. Site admin does it before numbers activation.

Then site admin clicks pending activation numbers, then number activates, Telinta account being activated, and 6 digit Pin number seems ti be going correct to Telinta. However Telinta not capturing this (site admin manually changed) Pin numbers. Because this Pin not being recorded in Telinta it does not records in Inteliquent as well and thus Port Out is inpossible.
Please let us know if you have reviewed Custom Field Values mentioned in Telinta report which screen shots we had added to you in our previous message?

B) When we change Master Pin for customers and we found it still not working we reverce our changes and when we click update there have been 4 BIG PROBLEMS happening.

1.On this customer profile page their personal data Name and Surname disappears. Then we tried to put the customer data back into the customer profile data fields on the form then click save

2. It askes confirm email address which not suppose to be happening as customer email needs to be verified once only when they create account on the EN site.

3. When we confirmed email and click saved it seems that it saved but when we leave the page and come back to the same Profile page customers personal data still not present.

4. We though we can ask you to fix it later but then we realized that customer’s coupons got lost too and customers can not use their coupons anymore. If you remember coupon codes linked to the customer’s Name and Surnames and this it has got broken. This is very BIG PROBLEM as we must to change every order manually!!! and updating coupon codes and need to send messages about how much money customer saved and how much money we need to return back this is a HUGE PROBLEM Nishit please fix all these asap.

C) On the customer’s profile page we noted Master Port Out Pin is mandatory please make it optional as it is not Mandatory selection.

For BULK EDIT

If the admin doesn’t select any brand from the list and instead adds a brand using the popup, it will be saved as a new brand (mentioned in popup) – Correct
If number belongs to two brands for example NEW Numbers and Million Numbers and user tick Million Numbers and leave unticked NEW Numbers and in pop up specifies Repeaters then number will be moved to both NEW NUMBERS and Repeaters but will be removed from Million Numbers
