Your sample screen shot looks good but leads to some risks when site admins accidentally clicked on x and close one of the brands and mess everything up.

For pop up according to site admin they need that only for bulk moving products to a different (single brand name not multiple)
However your question brough me to an other scenario when all numbers that belong to multiple brand names will have these brand names as a selected tick boxes so site admin can tick any of brand names and move them to desired brand name see this screen shot.https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Ticked.jpg

Any way what ever you do we will let you know if any adjustments are needed.
