Hello Nishit yes we are havving multiple complains from various customers,
1) customers can not process orders on EN project using API and here are some complains from them attached.

2) Voip still getting errors from Data Base connections i have read your thoughts about token and already asked team to confirm. If i’ right the telinta changes password after sometime and we decided to create a token connectivity so it is not expired. Do you think token expires too? Why so many errors across multiple projects? Can that be some conflicts from newly made file download functionality?

could you please read these errors if you can find a cause for them as it looks there is something broken down which affects all these issues?
