For #10661 :

For Table drag and drop : The table’s column index is auto saved. Now working on to retrieve data as table’s column index.

For #10664 :
1) I will check on admin side and will update to you.
2) Will check that issue on format.
3) I will update you for this after the drag and drop task completion.
