Hello Dave as per your messages above i have requested system team to take a server investigation so they can provide us more information regarding friends account architecture performance.

Aslo we have been reviewing your app again and timed it that it takes 7 minutes in avarage to display sent message contents on the app users chats which is quite long time which we havn’t had before with the same server arcitecure while we were using our old app.

Lets wait for more information from the ssystem team and get back to you again. Meanwhile we havde detected unexpected app shutdown whcih we recirded on the video and attached for you below:
