Hello Dave i have recieved your latest app, donloaded it and installed. Thank you for puting a verions on the app so the lates app you sent i belive 1.5.

My first impression from starting the test is very positive, i can now see the mobile keyboard not hovering text input filed anymore this is very good. I also see that you have fixed the issye when imoicons borad no longer hovering text input filed too and this is very great break through. Notifications seems to be coming well.

However when i opened the chat on an other morning i noted that files that i sent before actualy saved but it looked that it had not. This is why members got confuced when they sending messages and they shown no sent then they gave up and say that files not being uploaded and not being sent and as a result it is not working.

what i think is from my test with this 1.5v app i could see the same but aftre some time files got sent but i did not know i just checked because i wanted to contineu my tests on other points.

If the files being sent it is also a good sign but for the app users not being confuced that app is not working you should do the notifications or files successfull post approval so we can see that files are actualy sent and probably need to put an animation for example:

Files sent and being processed and then loading circle this may be good when customers sending large audos or videos but when we sent small messages like – hello how are you? and this not being sent it is a big problem.

Could you please check why it is happening.

So what im saing is that i can see you fixed previous issue but somthing else came up, again im not sure is it only with my mobile or on other mobiles… I assume if you generated this 1.5v apk file you probably tested it and on your phone it works but on my video above this is what customers on the latest mobiles are going to see and this is very frustrating and all the app users will say that app not working EVEN if if the messages being sent on the next day which is slower than emails ;))))

You know i’m looking forward when we finaly finish this app job as i have got some other tasks and ideas to send you after but one thing wories me so much that even some small new jobs that im hoping to do with you (other budget ofcorse) will take ages to develop.

The good thing is that you Dave eventualy finding the issues and fixing them even when you say it is a server issues or it works well on your side. We both can see that there was a error with emoicons tab hovering text field and you could find it and fix it and now it works great!

So i hope you can find and fix files , messages posting issue and then nothing will be broken again which will bring us to a job finishig point and possibly some other tasts on this project but this can be discused later.:)
