Hello Dave, yes when you sent a link with new app release – frist thing we do is unistall old add and the install new, i have not even tried if two apps can bi installed but not even trying to do that. So yes everytime remove previous app and install latest.

in fact we even got a latest android mobile for testing your releases. So the problem is 100% in the code messenger on the site works great no issues but can not bring the app to finish point.

On your video i can see next box going above the keyboard but on our video you can see that text box frozen at the bottom of the screen and no chance to see it for texting and not even texting.

Are you sure you and me using same app release as we can not see any version on it.
