for #15805 yes probably it was my not profecionalism explaining to you properly, the MP3 download is not correct term to telll probably this is why Dave gone confused.

When user record an audio file and attach to the messanger the other user sees this vile as a voice message and if you tap ove that message you can download this audio file (which is MP3 to a mobile phone or desktop hard disk and then play it indepndantly.

The reason why we do so as when members record their voice message they can only record a short message so it uploads faster and app users can listen for that voice message from the app just by clicking on it. However if members would like to send a long voice message ~20-40 minutes it is very hard to upload this long audio message to the app but we record such a long audio message as an MP3 file (which is allowed to transfer) and then click on the left hand side upload icon select AUDIO and attache that long MP3 file and this is how we can communicate with each other sending long voice messages or podcasts to each other and this works well.

When myself or other member opening their chat they can see such a “voice message” we simply tap over that message and it show you both options download, and reply. So when we click on download then on your new build app when we click downlaod the error shows Sorage Permision is not allowed – so this is what i ment in mp3 downlaod function and probably Dave did not get it right. If thats thye case then my appologies for that.

I have also noted that wehn new message comes there is no notifications comming to the mobile so not sure if you fixed it in your next build.
