ABOUT REFUND REPAIRS
En site admin finaly cheked your refund repairs. Good news is it is now working better and almost fixed everyting.
BUT some minor points need to adjust.
Please open IN28091 order on EN admin site and see there are three numbers in one order totaL order charges 699.98 $.
EN site admin refunded (305) 454-HOME number. Number price was 299.99 – 55% coupon code = 135 $
The refund sum is also 135 $ (screen shot aslo attached).
Issue the total charges 699.98 – 50% = 315$ and if you can see on the screen shot customer paid 315 this is correct BUT it did not caclulated refund so total charges after discount shoould aslo incude refund but in thic case it has not caclulated refund but only 50% discound coupon code.
So the total charges after refund needs to be adjusted so it caclulates correct:
Coupon Code AND Refund.
In order open IN28091 customer thinks that we charged him 315% and refund did not applied so we need to fix it.
In the refund notes the refund numbers should be also rounded as everywhere with only 2 characters after comma see screen shot graph below:
