I am logged in as a reseller and attempted to purchase a number, only Store Credit is available as a payment option because 2CO is disabled from admin side .

I have already implemented the 2Checkout (2CO) payment enable/disable logic, and it is functioning as expected.
There is no amount-based restriction implemented in recent time by me that would limit the available payment methods.
