In addition to above, i think the problem is on charges which is seems to be broken or misconfig on the screen shot here i sent to you earliere you can see when people paying from store credit total charges equals “0” https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/auauthorized-portadmin.jpg but now on the site in your refund video as well you can see that total charges https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/no_refund_issue_ref.mp4 minute 3.oo total charges = 359.99 which is not right.

When customer topped up they store credit this is when the customer cart charged and when they used their store credit there should be toatl charges “0”

this is why i think when customer refund their number or order there should not be any charges but Store credit usage and this is why their refund shows “0” – hope it helps with investigation 😉
