My manager Rupesh is not able to find your message on team , can you please confirm your are sending on Team user name ” siliconinfo ” M V Rupesh, can you please resend the same .
For refund issue i found there might be some issue in order process because i am seeing total_inc_tax is with 00.00 ,but total_inc_tax should have correct value in database field. I am searching the issue, i will update about the progress .
