Hello Nishit thank you for your video report i can see that numbers activated successfully. I will examine this video again with EN site admins and get back to you if any questions or feed back from them.
At this stage i have got one question: Would you please advice if you have activated 305.555.0002 number from #14115 as i haven’t seen it, is the 305.555.0002?
The reason im asking is that EN site admin sent us a error that now they can not manually add numbers to the cart (the process on your video https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/Screencast_from_2025-07-08_15-28-11.webm starts at 0.36 and finishes at 1.03 min) when customize pop up open and we add Name/ Number, SCU and fees price we click on “Add item” button the process got freezes and we can not complete adding a number can you please check it asap as EN production stopped due to this issue and their customers waiting.
Same for customers – they can not add numbers to their cart from their front end interface.
I also can not see in your message that you have uploaded any changes / files or any repairs from you side that may cause this error to appear.
From an other hand i can not see when you used 305.555.0002 number (probably i missed something) and im guessing that you might have used 305.555.0002 number for your trail and found a error and done some code adjustments that cause the Adding Number to the cart issue to be happened?
Any way could you please urgently fix this as site administration ppl very confused why it has happened and they think we broken something again.
When you fix it could you please let us know the reason why this error happened?
