Hello Andrey,
I tested the number activation functionality for a new number that is not listed on the EN portal, and everything appears to be working correctly.
Steps I followed during testing:
I created an order from the admin side using the number 305.555.0001, entered as (305) 555-0001. Result: The order was created successfully.
I navigated to the Pending Numbers page, where all pending numbers are listed.
I clicked on the “Activate Number(s)” link to activate the number. Result: After the process completed, the number was activated successfully without any errors.
Everything worked as expected on my end.
Could you please ask the client to provide a reference video showing the issue they’re experiencing? This would be very helpful for troubleshooting.
