Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, we just need to allow customers to download their numbers not all Telinta numbers DiDs so we need that customers could download their numbers. If the file is bit the download should be executed on background and once the file ready the customer gets email for the prepared file.
This functionality works on Telinta web same way so we just need to make that function set on Voip and customer’s can use it from Voip Interface.
Sure please check it out whether we should use API or WebHook. If numbers request not too big then customer can download the file straight away and it customer has got huge amount of numbers then we can display a message saying that your file download is being prepared on the background and you will be notified by email once it has complete.
If in doubt you can ask Telinta and clarify with them how to make customers’ numbers exlel file being generated on the background and then once the file ready notify the client that file is ready for download.
