As per your investigation there is no code before but admin created a category and it worked so now it is not working any comments on that?

Aslo have you innspected a site slow load header and footer docs why it takes long time to load the frond end? Our crew say that there maybe some functionailty connecting trough API using old IP address or needs to flush cache. Please advice if you can fix it or you want a new job for that as well?

Regarding ticket #13708:

I checked three older backups of the code dated 26th Sep 2022, 27th Jan 2023, and 31st May 2023. In all of them, I did not find any code that automatically generates a sidebar entry (https://ibb.co/VWbf5HJS) when a brand is created from the “Add New Brand” form on the admin side (https://ibb.co/nN6Nbswx).

The only code I found related to sidebar creation is under the Store Design → Edit Sidebar tab (https://ibb.co/Fk22qXQ5). There is no direct connection between the brand creation process and the sidebar creation. Users need to manually create sidebar entries from the Edit Sidebar section.

I’m not sure why the client believes this functionality was working previously, as even the 2022 backup does not contain any such code. If there was indeed a feature to auto-generate the sidebar entry, I’d be happy to look into any issues with it. However, since there is no such code implemented, I cannot confirm that this functionality ever existed or worked.

For Page Speed :
We need to investigate the root cause of the issue and identify the scripts that are slowing down the site. This process will take some time and should be treated as a separate task or new job.
