Hello Dave thanks for your reply, i have added my login detils to your office page please try to login from you end.
I think somthing happeneds when members sned mulitple audio messages or video files, when user uplaods / recieves multiple audio/video files more than 7 the app crushes please check this scenario too.
One favoutr could you please not send any messages to live users you can use my login, Jully and Friend for your investigation.
