Hello Dave here is the error we found:
One user from russia, has been using Google Pixel mobile, downlaoded our app and when we send them messages from the all either it is voice, photo, video he does recieve notification on his mobile but when he opens the app there is nothing in there.
When he sends photo, video or text message to us we also recive notificaions but when we open mobile app we can not see anything from them.
Today we asked him to send us VERY short voice messages from the app and he sent them to me and i recived notification on my mobile but when i open the app i could see these three voice messages but they are not loading. I was wating for half an our and reopened the app and tried again the messaeges not loading.
Then i closed the app and opened the site messanger and there his voice messages dipslay correctly without problems.
Interestengly enough this user also noted taht when mobile notification come to his mobile he only can see our messages on the site messanger as on the mobile app it does not go trough;(
Could you please fix it.
