Hi Nishit yes when we finished the job on EN and you moved to Voip works we closed all access for your to EN site for sequrity reasons this is our normal practise we have been doing it all the time so: we did closed access.
Could you please let us know what has happened to EN site now if no one accessing it and it gets broken?
