Hi Dave just a quick note that we have tried to rest DB ato get rid of all old messages (we do it sometime to not ovearload our server hard drive) the app smees to be working normal but for some reason not recieving notifications again.

So when you fix #15872 could you please double check notifications why it is not consistant.
