Hi Nishit, thanks for your reply, could you please advice if you have fixed everything from #15717 and #15718? As you can see we sometime need to wait for EN team to reply about the job done and it takes some time and somtime connecting with them directly. If i ask them to record a video it may take a way longer time to respond and for us not being able to close the job.

Some of the screen shot sent by other customers to EN team and if we start asking customers to provide a video it may take weeks or maybe months and somthing tells me we do not want to be happened.

Ordering process whether it is site numbers or CLEC numbers preaty much involved with the same process genareting orders and applieing coupons i do not think we will need to repeat all these details again and again. If the job related to the orders genaration the scope of work always the same since you already know the process on EN.

If it gets broken we have to fix it and as i have already mentioned to you ealrier you are the only person who works on EN portal and we can not charge EN team for paid but broken job again.

It was not easy for me to make the CLEC job paid and as you remember EN team had been wating for us for a loong time when we eventualy repair it so they can check it all. We have been documenting all the tasks and if it gets broken again please be ready and kind to fix it. This is why everyone check the quality of work before closing it.

For us and yourself we have to be carefull when implementing some other works accross EN project so when we developed new feature it wont break other parts of the site and no casuing any code conflicts as it is our responsibility to repair it at no charge for EN team.

When i ask you above to confirm if you fixed everything – thats because i noted that million numbers tab (on the home page) does not have an area code as other tabs and if i report EN team that all fixed and they would saw this they will get it as we are in a hurry to make it on a glue just to get our hands washed of the job.

We must demonstrate proffecionalism and reliability for everything we do.
So please could you please double check everything if all works good so we can ask EN team to check again;)
