Other tasks were small and not time-taking, so I have made the changes without discussing with the accounts team. I have also disabled the coupon code for the CLEC inventory order and prevented duplicate ordering. Please ask the team to check, and if they are still facing any issues, ask them to record a video of each issue so I can understand it exactly and fix it. This way will help more and reduce my effort and time significantly.
